MUSIC CLASS RECORDERS for 3rd, 4th & 5th
MUSIC CLASS RECORDERS sold for 3rd, 4th & 5th. Upper elementary students will extend their study of music by learning to play the recorder. Many of our students have recorders from the previous year or passed down to them from siblings. Students may use these recorders and do not need to purchase a new one.
The recorder we will be using is the Peripole, Halo soprano recorder. This recorder comes with a carrying case and a neck strap. The cost of the recorder is $7.00. These will be given at the next Material Distribution.
If your child does not own a soprano recorder, please do the following to order one through May Watts. You will make your purchase through Push Coin. First, log in to your Push Coin account. Next, click on “Webstore” located below the Fund Wallet button. Then select your child’s school from the drop-down menu. Search: MUSIC CLASS RECORDERS 3rd, 4th & 5th. Click “Add to Cart” for the item to purchase. When you are ready to pay, click on “Checkout” and select the student for which you are purchasing the recorder.
Learning to play the recorder enhances the district’s music curriculum. As a result, each child will need a recorder to actively participate in music class for the school year. If you have any questions about purchasing a recorder please email Mrs. Donaldson at Danielle_Donaldson@ipsd.org.
